International Shipping

We do ship internationally
Please note that if you are an International customer, shipping costs will be requested AFTER you have placed your order.
Shipping to the U.S.A is approximately £12
Whilst we work to reduce these costs, we want to thank you for your patience and your support.

Item must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the order
Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet
Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer refunds on shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping for returns.
We will aim to action refunds within 5 working days. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 workings days to clear into your account

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, we will process a full refund which will be credited back to the original method of payment
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, send the item back to us and get in touch info@beyondbetterclub.com
